1 tsp cajun seasoning
12 oz shrimp peeled and deveined
1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 prepared pizza crusts
8 oz prepared marinara
1 small onion thinly sliced
1 medium green bell pepper thinly sliced
8 oz andouille sausage thinly sliced
4 oz sliced mushrooms
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Toss the shrimp with cajun seasoning. Preheat oven to 450 degree.
In a large sauté pan, heat the olive oil on medium-high heat. Add the shrimp in a single layer, and cook until pink, then flip to cook through. Remove from heat.
Put a pizza crust on a large baking sheet. Toss with half of the marinara sauce, sausage, shrimp, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and cheese. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and the crust is crisp.
Remove pizza from oven and repeat process with other pizza crust. Serve with hot sauce for an extra kick.
