In 2004, founder Tre Thomas started Catfish Station a seafood concept which operated out of 14’ ft. trailer. The concept featured fresh, made to order seafood, a unique homemade batter, and a line of signature sauces.
Seven years later Catfish Station converted a small “drive-thru only” coffee shop and quickly became of NW Houston’s most popular fast-casual seafood destinations. The small, bright orange building would have customers lined to the streets waiting for fresh seafood to go!
Utilizing a franchising model, Catfish Station quickly grew to 14 locations in Houston and surrounding areas.
