2 cups flour
1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 package of milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 muffin cups (pam is the best option) stir together flour, sugars, baking powder, and salt.
Step 2
In another bowl stir together milk, eggs, butter and vanilla until blended.
Step 3
Make a well in center of dry ingredients and add milk mixture. Stir to combine. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Step 4
Spoon butter into muffins cups. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fork or toothpick comes out clean. Remove muffin tin to wire rack and let it cool for 5 minutes.
